Personal Echo

For solo electric violin and digital delay. Sarah Wallin, electric violin. Performed on a Fender FV-1.

Completed in 2003, in response to a challenge set forth by a faculty member at Cal Poly, Pomona to show off what the instrument could do. As the electric violin can not change patches like a MIDI instrument can, Sarah decided to run the instrument through a timed delay and create a canon with herself.
